2015年7月22日 · I had a full Xpel ultimate wrap on my P85D for about $4k in Portland, OR (no sales tax) by one of the better shops. The shops in Seattle wanted $7-8k. No way, thank you very much. In terms of Xpel vs others films, IIRC Xpel is slightly thinner than the others and therefore maybe easier to to wrap around the car edges.

2013年7月10日 · Got standard pricing for Xpel + Opticoat in Sacramento area -- $3695. The Xpel is full front + doors + rear bumper and misc stuff (E.G door sills) by an extremely good detailer. Very nice work imho, hard to find a single seam. I don't think full XPEL is worth it, pricing I was quoted was $5000-6000.

2016年3月11日 · Xpel itself is overpriced already, plus those detailing installer want to bite you a chuck off too because you can afford a $100k car. Those installer set up dealer account with expel to buy xpel wrap at a discount price, at most $1000-$2000 they pay, they then charge you $400/hr labor for $4000+.

2018年12月12日 · THe wrap is to prevent the paint from getting chipped while the ceramic coating will really make the solid black darker and shinier at the same time (and makes it easier to clean too). If you dont care about your paint that much, save the $$$.

The side-by-sides offer a comparison for those considering a wrap. I think Midnight Silver looks great in stealth. I was on the fence about wrapping. No longer.
