2022年10月25日 · I'm looking for some games that fit within the Y2k aesthetic. Like games that have jungle/dnb soundtracks, and have an art style relating to Japanese futurism. Some examples would be Ridge Racer Type 4 and Wipeout on psx, and N.U.D.E for xbox classic. As of now the only game I know for dreamcast is Jet Set Radio, but I've heard there are alot more.

System Shock 1 and 2, pretty much a cyberspace - sci-fi hybrid Millenium Racer Y2K Fighters, as cyberspacey as a racing game can get :P Jet Set Radio, more of an urban (but no less stylish) take on that then bubbling style

2023年7月5日 · I’m looking for some games from that era (year 2000 to maybe 2010ish) that are available on Steam (or I’ll look at GoG.com, just prefer Steam for simplicity) that either still work without mods or have been remastered in some way. Also, since there are a ton of sports titles out there, I’ll eliminate those.

Like, the original Wipeout was in Hackers, which I don't know if you would call a Y2K movie but it definitely influenced a lot of Y2K media. I would argue that N2O is more "pure" Y2K. 1998, soundtrack entirely by The Crystal Method after Vegas charted on both sides of the pond. The later Wipeout games probably qualify.
