2015年10月25日 · Just watched a you tube video on how to diagnose a vacuum leak on the z31 turbo. I pulled the hose from the vacuum pump and do not have any vacuum at all. Would this cause the car to run rough or just interfere with the cruise control and A/C? Also, anyone have a 1984 300 ZXT vacuum pump????

2007年10月10日 · The original design was not well designed and prone to eventual failure. The new design, with the arms, should last the life of the car. I did this for my z31 with an analog dash and I did not have the box. If you can't find your answer after a while, check out some of the other z31 specific sites such as 88hybrid.com.

2004年7月19日 · The Z31 is a great car but if speed is an issue get the turbo version becuase the non turbo is not that fast and the potential for it to be fast is not really there. Mod for mod the 280z will out do the Z31 non turbo in every catagory except top speed, and when I say that I mean the 280z won't go past 130mph without major areo upgrades.

2006年6月6日 · First, if you get a MSD 6A or 6AL you will need a tach adapter so your tach will work. I have seen stuff up on the web of how they hooked up certain MSD 8910 tach adapters to work. From shopping on the net I have found out that there are different 8910's, and the one that works with out a hitch with the Z31 is the 8910EIS.
