ZR440 SnoPro is higher strung than Z440SnoPro, meaning it is more prone to problems. 431cc fan engine has been around forever (since the 80's) offered with twin carbs, or single carbs. Single carb version put out less hp. I know the 1995 440Z was a consumer sled (SnoPro was not available).

2010年3月5日 · There were two versions of this model. A sno cross model and a cross country. The sno cross version does not have a sway bar, is geared a little lower has different front springs and likely different shock valving. The cross country version also had a .85" track instead of the 1.35" on the sno cross version.

I recently purchased a 1996 ZR440 to do some vintage snocross racing, I used to own one 12 years ago but didn't remember a low end bog issue, but did have anything else to compare to.

2017年12月16日 · Arctic Cat unveiled the ‘93 440 ZR in September 1992 and the 580 ZR was released in late November 1992. The 440 and 580 liquid cooled Suzuki motors were piston-port designs with Mikuni carbs, typical for this time period.

2004年11月21日 · I am looking to buy a snowmobile and have always wanted a ZR 440. I have found a 97 for $2000. Is the 1997 ZR 440 a good snowmobile? Did they have any problems? Also, do you think $2000 is a fair price for one? The snowmobile is in very good shape, just has close to 4000 miles on it. Any advice would be great. Thanks

2025年3月5日 · This new ZR has all the qualities that the ZR 580 has and more! The performance of the case reed 440cc engine is surprising. If you didn't know this was a 440 you'd swear it was 580 or larger.

2009年12月2日 · After years of messing around on my friends sleds I finally bought one. 1994 ZR 440. It is in very good shape, lots of new parts, fox shocks and a comet clutch. I have not seen much info on this sled. I have read in a few places that a 1995 has 85-88 hp and I think the 1994 is basically the same. Can anyone confirm this?

2012年1月4日 · I have a 96 and 97 zr 440. Both are pretty much mint. I ride and i ride hard though. These sleds are built to ride tough. the 96 was actually only available through the race program so therefore it was either a backup or was actually in a race or more. the 97 was a consumer sled that pretty much everybody has it seems like.
