2009年12月2日 · Lori we have been using Eleads for over 4 years now and previously were with AVV. The initial startup was a nightmare however since then they have fully integrated themselves into a full blown CRM/Desking tool. I have been very happy with Eleads and how far they have come over the years.

2023年3月28日 · This store had actually made the switch to Eleads last year from Dealersocket, because after the sale, customer service became an afterthought. Dealersocket support now closed at 430 PST. No more Performance Manager. Now it appears that Eleads is going the same route - cost cutting and profits in lieu of taking care of their customers.

2019年3月5日 · In ELeads for our Stores, It doesn't give me the option to edit the Internet Price field via a Pricing Rule. I think that may be an additional feature we aren't paying for. IDK. If you have that option in your account, you should be able to set a pricing rule to add / reduce by percentage or $$$$.

2010年3月8日 · Vin Solutions is without a doubt the best ILM/CRM I have ever used and I've used a few. I have no experience with eLeads but there couldn't possibly be a better ILM than Vin solutions. When I switched to Vin solutions it cut my Internet' team's time by over 11/2 Hours a day to get their work done.
