2024年4月23日 · In my experience, the people that ask for travel records want your most recent I-94 showing the date you entered the US. I don’t think you have the ability to pull the history because I think it gets overridden by whatever the most recent one is (someone else can double check me on this).

I reached out to CBP via messages and was told that land border crossings often use the same I-94 as before (if your previous I-94 is D/S), and that is perfectly fine.

2023年7月27日 · I-94 is originally the arrival/departure form. Now that they did away with a paper version and have everything recorded digitally, it simply means a period of allowable stay. The traveler has to leave the US before the date on their I-94, or they would overstay. That's it. Yes, your travel plan is flexible within the I-94 period.

I-94 are automatically updated when you fly into the US (the fee is baked into the plane ticket) but not via land, you can request an I-94 by paying 6 dollars if you want. The officer will usually admit you as an uncontrolled Canadian. When I was on TN, my I-94 did not update for over 2 years because I used my USCIS approval to enter each time.
