It is working fine when I use the online version of Teams but not the app. I have deleted and re-downloaded the app and cleared the cache but still having issues.

2021年2月22日 · 1) Clearing cache ... no luck. Within 10 minutes my video was frozen. 2) Teams meeting through the web site (not the Teams app). This worked for the entire 30 minute meeting. I had a couple times the audio got a bit choppy and a couple times the video got a hair choppy but nothing totally frozen. Thanks. Darren

2025年3月10日 · Whenever I watch a video, my pc will randomly freeze up after sometime (sometimes immediately but usually every 10-20 minutes). It happens with any video platform I tried: youtube & netflix in both Chrome and Edge, and also VLC media player. The PC doesn't fully freeze, but the video stops playing, or plays at like 1 frame every 5 seconds.

All worked well, until this morning, when all of a sudden it refuses to be anything other than "When Clicked On".

I will pause a video on spotify or youtube or netflix, and it immediately begins playing after a second of being paused. When I have headphones plugged in and outputting to my speakers instead, I have to pause 5 times exactly before the video remains paused.

After researching I've found that Windows 10 does not support MP4 video files, and so I've tried desperately converting it into every type possible, asf, wmv included. I've used free converters and I've paid for converters but to no avail.

I have favourites saved for: YouTube, Amazon Instant Video (Prime Video), Netflix, BBC, PinkBike (videos embedded from YouTube normally). BBC videos play, but have no sound.
