The Wooden Floor makes a deep, long-term investment in students’ 10-year journey from elementary school to college. Our holistic model serves students year-round, afterschool with dance, academic, college/career readiness, and family support programs, free of charge.

Dawn S. Reese has leveraged over 25 years of business and nonprofit management experience to be a life-changer for low-income youth and help propel The Wooden Floor forward. Dawn’s unique blend of talent and experience working in business, arts, education, and technology adds to the mission-driven, business-minded focus of The Wooden Floor.
