Absolutely stunning 1990 #ktm #250mx here which is KTM’s #250cc #2stroke #motocross #bike from 1990 Looking around the bike it’s really in wonderful condition. I chose to start the bike up from cold on video which I don’t normally do! It fired up ok but put loads of smoke out & poured black oil out of the pipe. I think the oil is from oil that has collected in the crankcase. I’d say it needs to be run for a while to clear that oil out and that the silencer needs fresh packing and a good clean. S
