🇩🇿 This is the favorite street food of Algerians: Karantika or should I say this is the Oran version of lasanga? 😜 Whatever you name it… it is actually super simple: just flour, chickpeas and water, mix it, put it in the oven and then you get the Oran Lasanga. Put it on a bread and it becomes Karantika! 😁 Trust me, it actually taste really nice. Apparently is a favorite snack of Algerian students because it is so cheap. But hey for less than $0.20 USD this is an incredibly delicious sandwich
