Alligator senses! My personal experiences have taught me alligators have excellent senses of hearing and scent detection, far exceeding what a human can do. Their eyesight definitely works differently than ours which makes people think they have poor vision, but when I go to catch one and try to sneak up they spot me from WAY far away, so they have excellent vision but it works differently than ours. I also mentioned the little black dots in their face, these are called the integumentary sensory
