You can add it to smoothies, oatmeals but I like to add it to water to make a hydrating drink. Baobab fruit also produces oil. Pure baobab oil coagulates when it is cold like coconut oil. This oil can be used for baking, cooking, frying and it has a slight nutty flavor. It also has been used in skincare
