This is my blue cod and feta ravioli with basil boiled lightly in salted water . In a seperate pan I melt several knobs of butter, sliced onions snd mushrooms I then add a couple of teaspoons of mustard then add the ravioli gently. It sautés for a few minutes. I then plate it and slice some bread to lap up the sauce. I home made the ravioli last weekend after receiving the cod from a good friend Glenys from the Chathams. It tastes amazing. | Matthew Tukaki
