This shrimp and crab toast is the perfect appetizer for Game Day! Ingredients: 1 lb imitation crab meat, 1 lb shrimp, 1/2 cup kewpie mayonnaise, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 pepper, 1/2 tsp chicken powder, 2 tbsp minced garlic, 1/2 cup diced onions, 1/3 cup green onions, 1 egg, 3/4 cup shredded cheese (I use Colby/Monterey jack or mozzarella) 2 loaves of French bread, 6 tbsp of butter and Sriracha.
