SAVE my BURRATA BOARD for when you need a quick and easy appetizer! Serve burrata (I prefer @lionilatticini ) alongside store bought jarred artichoke, roasted tomatoes, chili peppers, tuna stuffed peppers & if you have a few minutes, whip up a quick Romesco sauce (recipe below). Romesco: Blend the following ingredients: 3 cloves of garlic, 1 cup of Marcona or regular almonds, 2, 15oz jars of drained roasted peppers, 1/3 cup olive oil, 3 Tbs sherry vin, 1 tsp salt, 1.5 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp
