Save and Share this twist on the Viral Asian Cucumber Salad. To make it more fun to eat I cut the cucumber into noodle strips. The ingredients are two English cucumbers without the core, 1 tbsp gochugaru, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp brown sugar, a pinch of salt, a pinch of garlic powder and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
