When your castor oil pack ties onto your body… you don’t need to add an external source of heat. Your body heat does all the work for you. Now if you want to add heat make sure you are just using 100% organic cotton or wool (it shouldn’t have the outside layer.) Downfall is the outside layer keeps things cleaner .
