This is the best way to cut a watermelon 🍉 Begin by halving a watermelon. Take one of the halves and turn it upside down. Proceed to slice the watermelon, maintaining a distance of approximately 2 inches between each cut. Once completed, rotate the watermelon (as depicted in the video) and make additional 2-inch apart slices. This is how we grew watermelon and made fruit mochi! 🍉 Ingredients: 1 cup glutinous rice flour (plus more for dusting) 1/4 cup maple syrup or sugar 1/3 cup tapioca starch 3/4 cup freshly squeezed watermelon juice, strained 2 TBSP coconut oil Ice cream balls (strawberry, yuzu, biscoff, or your choice) Instructions: - In a pan, mix 1 cup glutinous rice flour, 1/4 cup maple syrup (or sugar), 1/3 cup tapioca starch, and 3/4 cup strained watermelon juice. - Add 2 TBSP coconut oil, stir continuously
