Spicy Eggplant & Maple Tahini Sauce…the sauce is basically a gastrique base but I made it creamy with the tahini and the miso just added the most amazing depth of flavor 🥹😻. PS: you’ll have some leftover sauce…trust me, you want to save it and add it to basically anything.
