Squatting in a smith machine (especially one that’s angled) can be weird. Try these tips to make your smith machine squats feel smooth like 🧈 and hopefully less awkward: 1. IF the machine is angled, face into the angle. In other words, you should be facing inwards at the bottom of the squat (see video for reference).
