Integrated Kinetic Neurology on Instagram: "During hip flexion, the pelvis & femur need to rotate (move on a curved path) in OPPOSITE directions The pelvis needs to rotate forwards The femur needs to rotate backwards (in the sagittal plane) ..In order to concentrate that motion at the hip joint If they can’t rotate in opposite directions, you’ll often see them begin to rotate in the SAME direction before they express normal / average ROM values (120 degrees of hip flexion)"
