Chocolate Shortbread Cookies 🍪 150g unsalted butter 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla paste Pinch of salt 140g all purpose flour 30g cacao powder @nuanaturals With an electric mixer bear the room temperature butter, sugar, vanilla and salt until creamy. Add the flour and cacao powder, mix until combined. Wrap the dough in the plastic and chill in the fridge until firm. At least an hour. Preheat the oven 175C. Roll out the dough in 1cm thickness. Cut out the shapes and place it on the baking paper.
