Softball Pitching Mechanics: New Pitching Rule

One of my favorite drills to work on tracking pitches. 5 softballs fit across the plate. The ball closest to the batter is 1 and the ball the furthest is 5. You will hit normal front toss while also saying which ball, the ball being tossed, is crossing over on the ground. This will help with recognizing pitch locations and help with timing, opposed to just going up there and swinging to swing.
