Satisfying hat making process by the master

I hope this shows a bit better how my hats fit better. I'm on a mission to making it easier for guys to find a hat that fits and it starts with scaling the crown heights on the different sizes of my baseball caps. This is how I'm making it easier to find a hat that fits. Most companies use the same crown height on all of their hat sizes making it hard for men and women on the small and extra-large ends of the size spectrum. This is why I've never been comfortable with hats I've found and why I originally started making baseball caps.
