Swedish Meatballs! 😋 This was probably one of my favorite meals growing up and it’s so easy to put together on a busy weeknight. We fried up the meatballs and set them aside and used the left over fat and some butter cooked with flour to create a roux then slowly added the broth and cream to make a thick sauce.
