Mulukhiyah or Molokhyya however you want to spell it! Is hands down my favorite soup of all time. It’s an Egyptian soup recipe made from the Molokhia plant (another spelling) or Jute plant. My Nene use to make me this soup for me and I can eat it by it self in a mug if you handed it to me.
