The Science Behind Namaste or Namaskar | Sadhguru

Namaste I read a lot of different opinions on the use the word & practice of “namaste”Some yoga trainer use it to breed their yogis, some use it at the end, some for both & some don’t use it at all. It originates from India as a gesture of showing respect to others by “greeting them” & more to the elderly these days. There is no right or wrong here IMOIt made me consider as to my own yoga training, will I use “namaste” & if so, when & how?! I have decided to do my own practice & go with what fee
