Two snacks I would recommend are 1. Dannon’s Oiko’s Greek Yogurt. Contains about 25g of protein 2. Cottage Cheese, contains roughly about 25g of protein per cup. I would recommend adding honey or some form of fruit in it’s to make it flavorful.
