Having realistic fitness goals is a great motivator to stay on track. In this reel I used the example of striving for dangerously low body fat levels as potentially a poor choice of goal. But there are many other goals that we’re potentially striving for that really don’t fit our work effort, situation or even our true desire. I’d love to out lift @eddiehallwsm.
