We have been removing ticks with the tick twister given to us by one of our vet nurse supporters Maria. It has made this job so much easier as it doesn’t squeeze the ticks and removes it quicker. Info about ticks: Do not squeeze them with your hands, it will cause the tick abdomen to empty into the wound which will cause further infections. Make sure you use proper tools designed for tick removal because not all tweezers work well. Some may even leave remnants of the tick head in the skin. #tick
