Meghna’s Food Magic on Instagram: "SUJI ATTA DOSA - With the handful of ingredients available at home, you can make this terrific Suji Atta Ka Dosa in minutes. What you need to do is- - take 1 cup semolina (if it’s thick then churn it in mixer) and 1/4 cup wheat flour - take 1/2 cup curd and 1 cup water (you will need more water later on after resting batter) - mix everything, add salt - now let the batter rest for 30 minutes - next add 1/4 tsp fruit salt (eno) or baking soda or for natural ferm
