Rotisserie leg of lamb with rosemary and garlic - #FebBBQ Day 24 I made little cuts into the meat and pressed in slices of garlic and sprigs of rosemary. I then coated the entire leg of lamb in olive oil, and seasoned it with a homemade seasoning mix. I cooked the leg of lamb on the rotisserie for roughly 2 1/2 hours at 300°F.
