Delicious Chicken Nachos Recipe with a Twist

This is so easy & so delicious Recipe - 1 onion chopped - 1 green pepper chopped - Fry with some butter and olive oil - 1tbsp crushed garlic - mix well - 2 cups of uncooked rice add to onion & pepper mix well. - Add 1tsp paprika, 1tsp red chillie, 1tsp jeera, 1tsp salt. Some black pepper. - Seperately mix 4 cups of water with 3 tbsp veg stock - Add to rice and cook for 20 min. Add a little more water if necessary. steam for another 15 to 20 min.
