The last cake recipe I posted (butter cake) had a dense and rich texture, and this one has a ratio of ingredients that results in a lighter and fluffier texture. Choose your own icing or glaze for this cake. You can use your favourite cake pan (I’ve used both a bundt and rectangular shape). I only used the trusty bundt so I coul
