Things I’m doing at 38 weeks to keep Bub in optimal birth position (LOA): 🤍sleeping on my left side/laying on left 🤍miles circuit/spinning babies every few days 🤍relaxing in puppy pose/exaggerated child’s pose 🤍hip mobility rotations on my ball (this ball is from @theclowdco ) 🤍sitting forward and trying to not lean back too much 🤍focusing on forward facing exercises rather than anything on my back or leaning back 🤍weekly acupuncture I definitely did a lot of this when I was pregnant with
