Isometric one arm press handstand hold. This is a fantastic exercise to work on your pushing strength, active hip flexibility, side bend, and even one arm balance reactions. in this demonstration, I’m also using a light counterweight in the free hand to help shift more of the weight over the hand past the thumb.
