Progress on the C10 & tips for butt welding and cutting replacement panels on custom cars or restorations 🧰 I’ve already spliced in a 3” section on the bedside so I can drop the wheel well arch. Still have some adjustments to make on the lower corner areas. Cutting/welding tips: ⚒️🧰. When cutting in a replacement panel, rather than holding the new panel over the old and drawing a line to cut the old panel along, overlap the new panel and secure so you can cut through both at the same time.
