Start by grating fresh coconut. You can use a hand grater or a food processor for this. Make sure the coconut is finely grated. In a pan put the grated Coconut and Jaggery Powder and mix them well with your hands so that the mixture becomes fine. Switch on the burner and cook the mixture until the grated coconut mixes well with jaggery powder. Use 1 to 2 tbsp milk power to this when the jiggery has caramelised well.
