The ospreys have been busy feeding in a small shallow tide pool every morning before sunrise. It appears to be their regular warm up routine! This bird got a big flatty and practically surfed it out of the water. I can’t imagine how the Osprey see these fish being that they look just like the bottom and this one managed to see and catch the flounder with very little light! This bird wasn’t floundering around.
