Baby manta ray captured swimming along Florida coast

This isn't synchronised swimming... this is Manta ray speed dating! In their incredible acrobatic displays, these manta rays aren't just playing for fun, they're playing for keeps. A single female can lure and lead up to 25 males into this ritual. Following her lead, these males perform incredible displays, with one by one, males dropping off until the last ray swimming becomes the successful mate. These gentle giants are a common encounter throughout the winter months on the #GreatBarrierReef.
