Uzbeki Plov recipe from my trip to Tashkent. There are interesting culinary connections between Uzbekistan and India. Talking to food enthusiasts there, I learned that Wazwaans- traditional Kashmiri masterchefs trace their origins to the Ozpash of Central Asia who were expert Plov makers.
