It’s 3AM and I’m going to show you all how to make beef tongue! I first made beef tongue a few years ago and have been super anxious to make it again. The beef tongue I got today was a lot smaller than the last one I worked with so I was really interested to see the difference!Beef tongues are super easy to make believe it or not you have to simmer them for 3 hours until the center is tender!
