Sindhi Koki Roti This was the first time I tried Koki this way, and I’m a FAN! It just melts in your mouth it’s sooo soft of the inside. 1 cup atta Salt to taste 1 tbsp jeera 1 onion, finely chopped 2-3 green chillies, chopped 3 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped 1 tbsp oil 1/2 cup malai To the atta, add salt, jeera, onion, green chillies, malai & coriander leaves. Knead well & add a little oil. Cover with a damp cloth & let it rest for an hour. Roll out the roti thickly with the help of some atta.
