🔥 Have you tried lunge jumps on a buso ball before? Much different than regular or even plyo lunges which are all great. The reason we love using a buso ball is for added stability training. Do these slow and controlled yo start and work your way up to loading on the top leg. Inter/ Adv - do them faster and really push off with the top leg. Makes for a great sweat 💧 session too!
