Applicant tracking systems (aka ATS) are full of bias and are discriminatory. Don’t believe me, google it. When you are filling out a job application on a company’s website and it asks you for your birthdate, graduation date or salary expectations they are asking you that so they can filter out people who are over 50 and anyone who doesn’t fit into the salary range.
