CAT C15 Cylinder Head resurface for King Brothers, took 4 passes totaling .011” (.279mm). Head isn’t that old, but blew a head gasket. The end customer wanted to refresh his new-ish head, rather than buy a new one. We have ground all the valve faces, we will cut the seat tomorrow and put all valve recessions back into specification.
