What is wrong here?? 👀 ❌ Error #1: the Foley catheter drainage bag is hanging above the level of the bed 😱 this will cause drainage to flow backwards, putting the patient at risk for a CAUTI. ❌ Error #2: medical scissors left in the bed is dangerous and an injury risk! ✂️ ❌ Error #3: the nasal cannula is not in place, so the patient is not receiving adequate oxygen.
