Save this recipe for later!!We have been freezing sweet corn for as long as I can remember- this year we did 500 ears of corn!My mom has the BEST freezer corn recipe around- I know it’s a little non traditional to cut before you cook, but trust me, it’s worth the extra work! INGREDIENTS: 10 cups corn 2 cups water 1/4 cup sugar 1 Tbsp canning salt DIRECTIONS: Bring corn to a boil, and cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Cool corn completely (we use a bathtub of ice water to speed it up). Put 2
