Forgot to take my magnesium for 3-4 weeks 😅… …and I thought I would be okay, but I never learn my lesson! Here’s what happened: 1) worsening anxiety levels - I normally experience anxiety in the morning upon waking and before bed. So both of those came back. Definitely made it more difficult to relax. Replying to @Tired girl dad I’m not sure what studies you’re referring to. Everything I’ve read about unnecessarily exogenous supplementation in JAMA, the NIH, and even Oxford says otherwise. I’ve used both Melatonin and this particular magic blend of Magensium Glycinate and I can tell you the Magnesium has helped me more. I don’t feel groggy in the morning like I do with Melatonin.
