We love our raw goat's milk! Did you know, raw goat milk is: • A2/A2? • naturally homogenized (the fat is suspended throughout the milk) and so it's SUPER creamy? • never really spoils, but ferments and turns into "clabber" which we can use to make cultured goods...like yogurt and cheese?
